The vast majority of TLG transactions contain restrictions on publicity, and we have a policy against comments to the press regarding pending litigation. We do not issue press releases or invite attention regarding client engagements.

Reportedly the largest heist in the history of the Silicon Valley occurred when a heavily-armed gang of 12-15 men invaded a Fremont technology company and stole an estimated $37 million worth of memory chips. Subsequent to the highly-publicized funding by the State of Missouri, and launch described, the Company was sued over alleged trade secret issues. TLG defended the Company, and its founder, against claims brought by an alleged competitor and former employer of the founder.

The TLG underlying matter is a franchisee de-identification case. Subsequent coverage litigation, in which the client franchisee is represented by a policyholder coverage firm, confirms the potential for insurance coverage and duty to defend in this franchisor v. franchisee intellectual property litigation. The matter has been closely followed and reported on.

Real estate litigation in which TLG represented the owners of the down-slope apartment buildings, club and other affected businesses. The Telegraph Hill landslide made national news and was the lead story on most Bay Area stations for several days.
